What is your return policy?
Whether you purchase a physical item or a digital download, all sales are final. However, we are dedicated to making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it!
What should I do if my book arrives damaged?
We take great care to ensure your books (or other merchandise) are delivered in pristine condition. If your purchased items arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you to make things right.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Book orders: Once your order is placed, please allow 7-10 business days* for processing and shipping. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking details once your book is on its way.
